SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Nade Hockey is committed to delivering your order as quickly and affordably as possible. Our standard shipping in the United States typically takes between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.  Please note that processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not arrive in perfect condition or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. Please note that no international returns (outside the United States) will be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@nadehockey.com with your concern. All return requests must be received within 15 days of receipt. For purchases made between November 1st and December 15th, the return period is automatically extended through December 31st.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, washed, and must have all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from [Your Business Name] website. Items returned with animal hair, or those ordered in multiple colors for trial, may be subject to a cleaning fee or restocking fee, as well as shipping cost reimbursement to Nade Hockey.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, inspected, and if it meets our return criteria, an email will be sent to notify you, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
